95Cr18 is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel, which has high hardness and wear resistance.

Typical Application:

It is mainly used to manufacture corrosion resistant and high strength wear resistant components, such as mechanical cutting tools, shafts, pumps, valve parts, poles, springs, fasteners and so on.

Mechanical properties：

Hardness: Annealed ≤255HB;Quenching and tempering ≥55HRC

Heat Treatment:

Anneal: at 800℃920℃, cool slowly in furnace

Quenching : at to 1000℃-1050℃,cool in oil

tempering: 200℃-300℃, cool in air or oil
